Macro Lens Arrived!

Photo Junkies to say the least. We procrastinated long enough and purchased a couple of Olympus 60mm f/2.8 macro lenses so we can actually do some macro photography. Don't get me wrong, our standard lenses work pretty well, but the macro just get you that much closer to the action. Here are a few shots taken today.  I need adjust the f stop and probably move back a little to increase my depth of field. That's it for now.... Thanks for stopping by.  Stay safe and healthy.

Shooting Through Glass

Shelter in place is costing us a lot of money. Tripods (without tripod head) That has a 90 degree horizontal bar - Way fucking cool Tripod Head Macro Lenses (Notice I said lenses as we cannot share a lens.  We tried.  Tell us we can and we will kill you). This is my first attempt at shooting through water droplets.  No macro lens yet.  On order. Just practicing shooting things that we have around the house. The setup process is pretty straight forward: Camera Tripod Glass Books to support the glass Rain-X to repel the water on the glass Eyedropper Patience and practice Light Source (flash preferred) I shot these photos with an Olympus 12-40mm 2.8/f Pro lens.  What I am really needing an Olympus 60mm 2.8/f Macro Lens.

Prairie Dog Picnic & Safari

COVID-19 SUCKS That being said, Michelle and I had to get out of the house today.  Since we both work from home full time now, the days are running together.  Half of the time I forget what day it is. I am not going to write anything here since the link below says it all. Enjoy and stay tuned for our next COVID-19 Adventure...
